About

I've spent my career intentionally building a 360° understanding of the healthcare ecosystem—gaining hands-on experience across clinical operations, health IT, and strategy to drive meaningful change.

I began on the frontlines of health system operations at a safety-net health system called Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA), where I led value-based care (VBC) performance improvement initiatives across Behavioral Health and Medical Specialties. That foundation in care delivery and operational optimization led me to athenahealth, where I focused on revenue cycle management (RCM) and EMR workflows—translating complex system needs into product and process improvements.

From there, I combined my knowledge of VBC and EMR systems to lead go-to-market strategy for population health SaaS solutions designed to support value-based care. This sparked my interest in healthcare innovation more broadly, which led me to a behavioral health startup, where I focused on strategic growth and expansion.

Today, I work on modernizing military health systems—supporting pilots and implementations of digital health tools across a complex and high-impact healthcare ecosystem.

Throughout each role, my goal has remained the same: to improve care quality and system performance by bridging operations, technology, and strategy.
